This year Fire Equipment Inc. (FEI) celebrates a remarkable milestone: our 95th anniversary!
In the early years, FEI focused solely on fire suppression systems and had one location to service the Boston area and surrounding cities and towns. FEI had about 20 employees and around 1,200 customers. Today, we have over 200 employees spanning seven office locations throughout New England. We’ve evolved from just suppression systems to working with all fire protection systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, clean agent, kitchen suppression systems, fire extinguishers, alarm monitoring, and more. While the world around us certainly looks different than when we started, FEI remains focused on being New England’s best full-service fire protection provider. That means being responsive, timely, professional, knowledgeable, and a trusted partner supporting our local communities with our top-notch service and best-of-breed products. Today, over 20,000 customers trust FEI to protect their property, assets, and people.
We are incredibly proud of the legacy that Fire Equipment Inc. has built. Not every business gets to celebrate a milestone like 95 years, especially one that is a third-generation family-owned and operated company, and we don’t take it lightly.
