Fire Equipment Inc. (FEI) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Tri-State Fire Protection of Smithfield Rhode Island. Tri-State Fire Protection is a leading sprinkler installation and service business serving Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
We are also pleased to announce that the employee team at Tri-State will be joining the FEI family and we will be retaining the Smithfield office location. Steve Pelletier, who resides in the Smithfield area and has many years’ experience in the fire protection industry has been appointed to General Manager for the Smithfield office. The Tri-State team will be expanding to a full-service fire protection business, building on the solid base already in place with a successful team of professionals.
