September 11, 2026 – Fire Equipment Inc. (FEI), New England's leading full-service fire safety company, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Artec Sprinkler Corporation, based in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts.
Established in 1975, Artec Sprinkler specializes in the design, fabrication, installation, and service of fire sprinkler systems for customers throughout Massachusetts and parts of New Hampshire.

Artec Sprinkler, now operating under Fire Equipment Inc., will be based out of FEI’s Westford, Massachusetts office, located at 4 Lyberty Way, Westford, MA 01886.
With the acquisition, Artec Sprinkler customers will now have access to FEI’s full range of fire and life safety services, including fire alarm, fire sprinkler, suppression systems, kitchen suppression, clean agent systems, fire extinguishers, and alarm monitoring. FEI provides design, installation, inspection, service, and repair across these systems, giving customers the ability to rely on one provider for their fire protection and life safety needs.
